Minor in Property Management

If your career goals involve working in property management, the minor in property management will provide you the additional knowledge and skills essential to your success.

James Donnelly, CEO of the Castle Group, wanted to help develop a program which addresses the shortage of talent entering the property management industry. Based on his 25 years of Community Association Management Mr. Donnelly has helped design curriculum which will help attract top talent to enter the industry.
